Requests received after this period may not be honored. No refunds are available for session packages once they have commenced, as resources are allocated in advance to prepare the engagement. 4.2 Digital Information Products

Our downloadable reports, templates, and recorded webinars qualify for a 14-day money-back guarantee if you have not accessed more than 20% of the content. To request a refund, contact us via our form. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.

4.3 Physical Goods

For merchandise and printed materials, you may return items in unused condition within 30 days of delivery. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect, in which case we will cover shipping. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
